Our skin is fragile, and exposing it to unsafe chemicals is always a huge risk to take. Hectic work schedule, irregular life style, insufficient sleep, appropriate diet style, pollution, drinking and smoking exposure to ulta violet rays and all. All these things we cannot avoid now a days but we can prevent our skin from getting damage by doing some basic remedies at home to have a glowing skin. It should be done regularly to have a glowing skin


1)   Turmeric


Turmeric contains cucurmin, which has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It will help to remove the harmful free radicals that damages the skin. It also enhance collagen production, and this keeps your skin supple and glowing
a.   Take 1/2-1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 4 tablespoons gram flour
Mix the turmeric powder with the gram flour. To this add sufficient amount of milk or warm water to make a paste
b.   Apply this on your face and neck.
c.   Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with plain water.
d.   Use this remedy once or twice a week


2)   Aloe Vera



Aloe vera gel is the ultimate solution for skin problems. Its nourishing and healing properties rejuvenate the skin to give it a natural glow
a.   Take 1 tablespoon aloe vera ge a pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of honey and milk each
b.   Mix all these and apply this paste on face and neck properly. Leave this for minimum 20 minutes 1. Then wash it with warm water and soft cloth.
c.   Apply this paste twice a week


3)   Baking Soda.



Baking soda exfoliates dead skin cells and also neutralizes the skin’s pH. It soothes the skin and heals any inflammation that may be present as well.
a.    take 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of honey
b Mix all the ingredients in a bowl then apply the mixture onthe damp face and neck in circular motions.leave it for next 10 minutes, wash it with cool water and soft cloth.
c.Apply this face pack once a week.


4)   Lemon


         This is one of the best skin brightening remedy.
The sugar granules help to get rid of all dead cells of the face lemon cleans,bleachs and also remove the tanning from face quite effectively.
a.   take 2 teaspoon of lemon juice and sugar
b.   Mix all the ingredients and then apply on the damp face in circular motions. Leave it for next 10 minutes; wash it with cool water and soft cloth.
c.   Repeat this twice a week.


5)   Honey


Honey has antimicrobial and hygroscopic properties that clean and make your skin soft. It is very rich in antioxidants that makes the skin soft and healthy and also reduce blemishes
a.   Apply honey on clean and damp skin.
b.   Massage it for 5 minutes and then leave it for another 5 minutes.
c.   Wash honey with warm water and use soft cloth
d.   It can be done every day for having a glowing skin
