fenugreek seeds with sufficient water to make a soothe paste.
After that, mix this
paste into a cup of plain buttermilk. It will help you to alleviate the stomach
pain caused by acidity. Alternatively, you can drink buttermilk three times a
day in order to get significant relief. You can add one teaspoon of ground
coriander leaves or sufficient black pepper to achieve the great result.
2) Cloves
Cloves contain
carminative effects that help you to increase the hydrochloric acid in your
stomach. By eating cloves will reduce the symptoms of acidity caused by lack of
stomach acid. To get rid of pain chew three or five cloves until the juice is
released.

option if u don’t want to chew ginger you can make ginger tea and take that it
for several times in a day this will help to get rid of hyperacidity one more
thing you can do take ginger juice three times a day. this treatment is proven
to be effective to get relief from stomach pain caused by acidity.
4) Cold Milk
Cold milk contains
calcium which prevents the accumulation of acid. Cold milk will keep the
gastric acids awasy and therefore you can have relief from acidity. whenever
you have acidity you can take this for 2-3 days but if not having enough relief
then need to consult the doc.
5) Black Pepper
Black pepper will
help you to release the gastric juice; as a result, it will boost your
digestion. You can mix one teaspoon of black pepper powder, one teaspoon of jaggery
with sufficient buttermilk and consume this mixture before the milk in order to
prevent hyperacidity from occurring. Another option is make the mixture of
dried mint leaves, black pepper powder, coriander seeds and ginger powder. You
should mix these ingredients together in equal amounts. This solution can be
